A Texas high school sophomore was arrested on March 31 and charged with a felony for hacking into the Spring Branch Independent School District computer system in order to change student’s grades.<\/p>\n

The unnamed 10th<\/sup> grader at Memorial High School, which is located in the western part of Houston, used a stolen password to make the grade adjustments for other students for an unknown fee, according to KHOU.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The district told KHOU that the investigation is continuing, but so far only one other student at the school is known to have paid for the grade switch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
