The <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/JqUTHAgnUjNQQjWz9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Tech Application<\/a> <\/span>is now closed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Student Techs\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>must<\/strong><strong> be able to work at least one, preferably two, class periods<\/strong><\/span> during the school year. Once selections are made then we will work with your counselor to get Tech Work on your schedule.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Student Tech Work Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable transportation is encouraged but not required.\u00a0 Student Techs are expected to work at all campus and district locations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Two class periods preferred<\/li>\n<li>Reliable smart phone\/iPad to receive school\/work-related e-mails, texts, &amp; chats and to access the time clock system is required<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license with reliable and insured vehicle preferred<\/li>\n<li>Student Techs earn Computer Maintenance credit in their first year, Computer Technician in second year, and Telecommunications &amp; Networking in the third year for exceptional candidates<\/li>\n<li>Work independently and sometimes with a team<\/li>\n<li>Commit to a full year of high-quality performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lubbock-Cooper Student Techs assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of IT and A\/V equipment.
